Post-Purchase Info

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your purchase of a Sun-E-Land Bike.

We hope that you have already had the chance to ride and enjoy!.

Please let us know if you need any additional assistance, support or accessories.

I want to share a couple of things that will help you stay safe and confident with your purchase.

The first is that you should register your bicycle with the police department. On the bottom side of your crankshaft, under the pedals, is your bicycle ID. It is engraved into the bicycle. If your bike is ever lost or stolen, this will help in identifying it.

Second is to register with Whatcom Smart Trips. Smart Trips provides incentives for riders to log hours and distance to receive rewards like t-shirts and ice-cream! Kristen Wert leads adults and new riders on how to plan trips and follow the rules of the road for FREE! She has loads of knowledge and information and will come to your location to teach lessons.

Lastly, in order to take care of your new bike, you should keep the battery from getting too hot or too cold. Take the battery inside when you are not riding it. Also, do not lose your battery keys.

Additionally, please purchase a sturdy lock and helmet to keep both you and your bike safe.

If you need anything else, we are here to help!

Sincerely, Sun-E-Land Bikes
