The rebate program is part of the Washington State Department of Transportion initiative to promote biking and reduce the number of single-passenger vehicles on the road.
Applications for FREE E-BIKES, discount on ebikes, and rebates for WA residents are open now through the link above. Most people qualify for $300 or more to be applied to the purchase of a new E-bike and some applicants will qualify for up to $1200 toward the purchase of a new E-bike and supplies like helmets, lights, locks and safety equipment.
